Tuition is available from beginner to advanced levels. Our highly qualified and experienced violin teachers specialize in using Traditional methods both in small groups and individual sessions which may be held on Saturday or during the week.

Class lessons focus on posture, technique, music reading, tone production and group performance skills. For younger students it is beneficial for parents to attend lessons.

The programme is designed to teach individual and ensemble playing techniques through well-tested teaching methods, and parental supervision will assist progress immensely. Initially, students attend lessons only, but as they master basic skills, they are quickly able to join an orchestra.

Adults who do not have any musical background or those who have played in the past and would like to start again are most welcome to enrol.

Instruments are available for hire, but once a student is able to play a full-sized instrument they are encouraged to purchase their own instrument.
