Sinfonia is the CSM's second most senior orchestra (next to the Christchurch Youth Orchestra) and is the ultimate destination group for many of CSM's adult students. In the course of a year Sinfonia gives several concerts at different venues around Christchurch. It also combines with the Intermediate Symphony Orchestra each year for an end-of year day tour to a destination just outside Christchurch.
